<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE 
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, STEPHEN C. HANSEN, as Successor Trustee 
<br />designated in a Substitution of Trustee dated June 29, 2000, and recorded July 3, 
<br />2000, as Instrument No. 200005465, of a Deed of Trust dated January 25, 1999, as 
<br />Instrument No. 99- 100853, executed by Thomas R. Gardner and Tracy E. Gardner, 
<br />as Trustors, in which U. S. Bank National Association NE is named as Beneficiary, 
<br />and which Deed of Trust was subsequently assigned to Terry L. Schultz as 
<br />Beneficiary, by Assignment dated June 22, 2000, and recorded July 3, 2000 as 
<br />Instrument No. 200005466, has received from the Beneficiary a written request to 
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been paid in 
<br />full and that such Deed of Trust and the Promissory Note have been surrendered for 
<br />cancellation. 
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such 
<br />Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, hereby reconveys, without warranty, to 
<br />the person or persons legally entitled thereto the estate now held by the Trustee 
<br />under the Deed of Trust. 
<br />The Trust Property affected is legally described as follows: 
<br />Lot Fourteen (14), Block (3), Olde Mill Subdivision to the City of 
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska 
<br />In witness whereof, the undersigned has executed this Deed of
