<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION 
<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST 
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall 
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 15, 1999, executed by Little B's Corp., a Nebraska 
<br />Corporation, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary and 
<br />as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #99- 106139, at the Register of Deeds office of 
<br />Hall County, Nebraska on the 17th day of June, 1999, and 
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the 
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled 
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit: 
<br />Lot Five (5) Summerfield Estates Third Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska 
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated June 15, 1999, recorded as 
<br />Document #99- 106139 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County on the 17th day of June, 1999, shall 
<br />remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
