<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated December 31, 2002, and executed by Hehnson, LLC, as
<br />Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary and as Trustee, which
<br />Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #200300199 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on the 8th day of January, 2003, and re -filed on February 5, 2003 in the Register of Deeds office as
<br />Instrument #200301424.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5),Timberline Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated December 31, 2002, recorded as
<br />Document #200300199 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County on the 8th day of January, 2003, and
<br />re -filed February 5, 2004 in the Register of Deeds office as Instrument #200301424 shall remain in full force
<br />and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 11th day of June, 2004.
