<br />2. Affiant further states that on December 2, 2003, he competed a survey of "COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL
<br />PARK THIRD SUBDIVISION ", in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a plat thereof being on record at
<br />the Register of Deeds Office located in the Hall County Administration Building.
<br />3. Affiant further states that he has this date re- examined the plat of "COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL
<br />PARK THIRD SUBDIVISION ", in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and has discovered an error on
<br />SHEET 1 OF 2 on Lot Two (2) pertaining to the dimension (written in numerical form) from the northeast
<br />corner of said Lot Two (2), along and upon the east line of said Lot Two (2), to the centerline of a 20' Wide
<br />Storm Sewer Easement.
<br />4. Affiant further states that the dimension from the northeast corner of said Lot Two (2), measured along and
<br />upon the east line of said Lot Two (2), to the centerline of a 20' Wide Storm Sewer Easement shall now
<br />read 230.2 feet, in lieu of 220.2 feet as now shown on the plat, this dimension being erroneous, null and
<br />void. (NOTE: The location of the centerline of said 20' Wide Storm Sewer Easement on said Lot Two (2) is
<br />shown correctly on the plat, only the dimension to said centerline was in error).
