TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />LAVERNA E REIMERS, A SINGLE PERSON AND PATRICIA A SMITH, A MARRIED

<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />DECEMBER 15, 1999 and recorded DECEMBER 22, 1999 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as DOCUMENT #0099112053 has been
<br />paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trugee, dues by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
