<br />of the costs of management of the proetrty and collection of rents, including, but not limited to, receirer's fees, premiums on
<br />rewtvar's bonds and isasonable attorney's fees, and then to the sums secured by the Security instrument Lender and the
<br />receiver shall be liable to account only for those *mts actually received.
<br />5. Construction of Prvvislom. Each of the prar'islons contained in this Assignment of Rents Rider and tYte Security instru-
<br />ment shall. unless otherwise specifically required, be construed In accordame with Nebraska law, send in the event any
<br />provision heroin or therein contained shall be determined by a maort of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, tie same
