<br />HRUBY, SINGLE as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a FSB as Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska
<br />Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated OCT 19, 2001, and recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument Number 2001-
<br />10695 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE
