WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated May 16, 1991 and executed by John W. Wayne and Teresa A. Wayne, husband and
<br />wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #91- 103131 in the Register of Deed's office
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska dated May 23, 1991, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />The North One Half (N' /z) of the West Two Thirds (W2/3) of Lot Six (6) and The North One
<br />Half (N'h) of Lot Five (5), Block Fifty Four (54), Original Town of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 10th day of June, 2004.
