<br />In consideration of full payment and compliance with the conditions of a mortgage made
<br />by DANIEL J BOWDEN AND BARBARA A BOWDEN, EACH IN HIS AND HER OWN RIGHT AND AS
<br />SPOUSE OF EACH OTHER, to EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />formerly known as The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal
<br />Savings Bank, Successor to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, on
<br />the following described property, to -wit:
<br />LOT FOUR (4) IN BLOCK ONE (1) IN WILLIAM J. BURGER'S ADDITION TO THE
<br />VILLAGE OF DONIPHAN, NEBRASKA.
<br />Which said mortgage bears date JANURY 27,1978, and is recorded as Document No. 78-000606,
<br />of the records of Hall County, Nebraska, said Association hereby acknowledges full satisfaction
