<br />TRUSTEE'S PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />0
<br />IN CONSIDERATION of partial payment of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed
<br />executed by Richard L. Hartman and Patricia A. Hartman, husband and wife, to United Nebraska
<br />Bank, of Burwell, Trustee, for the benefit of Virginia L. White, the Beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />May 5, 1998, and recorded on May 16, 2003, as Instrument No. 0200306192 in the Real Estate
<br />Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska, is to be partially released, and the Personal
<br />Representative of the Estate of said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request
<br />of the Personal Representative of the Estate of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as
<br />Successor Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust
<br />Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />The West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 10 North, Range 9
<br />West of the 6`h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a certain tract therefrom as
<br />recorded in Appraisal Report in Book N, Page 411.
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
