<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust executed by KEVIN
<br />WOODWARD CONSTRUCTION & CUSTOM RENOVATIONS, INC., A Nebraska
<br />Corporation, as Trustor, in which THE MEADOWS APARTMENT HOMES,
<br />L.L.C., A Nebraska Limited Liability Company, is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which Deed was
<br />recorded as Document No. 200314827, in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from THE MEADOWS
<br />APARTMENT HOMES, L.L.C., of Grand Island, Nebraska, written request
<br />to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Twenty -Two (22), Country Meadows Subdivision, in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 8th day of June, 2004.
