<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />WILLIAM G GIDDINGS AND JEAN E GIDDINGS, HUSBAND AND WIFE

<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />NOVEMBER 29, 2000 and recorded DECEMBER 4, 2000 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as DOCUMENT #0200010513, has been
<br />paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered; ALSO RELEASING A DEED OF TRUST MODIFICATION AGREEMENT DATED
<br />JULY 17, 2003 AND RECORDED JULY 18, 2003 AS DOC # 0200309172
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />LOT ELEVEN (11) LE HEIGHTS THIRD SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
