<br />THE ESTATE OF GLADYS F. MEAD, DECEASED, GRANTORS, in consideration of
<br />FORTY - THOUSAND AND NO /100 DOLLARS ($40,000:00) received from GRANTEES,
<br />GEORGE F. MEAD and SUSAN J. MEAD, husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights of
<br />survivorship, convey to GRANTEES all of Grantors' interest in the following- described real
<br />estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Seven (7), County Subdivision of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (NW1 /4SE1 /4) of Section Nineteen (19), Township Ten (10) North, Range
<br />Eleven (11) West to the City of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />GRANTORS covenant with the GRANTEES that GRANTORS:
<br />(1) are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from
<br />encumbrances, except easements and restrictions of record;
<br />(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrant and will defend the title to the real estate against any acts
<br />of the GRANTORS.
