That the Nebraska Economic Development Corporation, for good and valuable
<br />consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby assign, transfer, and set
<br />over to Small Business Administration, its successors and assigns, a certain indenture of Deed of
<br />Trust, dated Li ' 23 , 2004, executed by John R. Gunderson, Trustee of the Jocar
<br />Living Trust, in favor of the Nebraska Economic Development Corporation, Beneficiary,
<br />conveying the following described real estate, to -wit:
