<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by David E. Watson
<br />and Kapra K. Watson, as Trustor, to Vince Dowding, as Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />Orville O. Qualsett, Trustee of the Orville O. Qualsett Living Revocable Trust, and Mary
<br />K. Qualsett, Trustee of the Mary K. Qualsett Living Revocable Trust, as Beneficiary,
<br />dated December 19, 2003 and recorded with the Hall County Register of Deeds on
<br />December 22, 2003 as instrument No. 0200316305, has been paid, and the Beneficiary
<br />has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right,
<br />title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the
<br />following:
