Trustor and ail other partfes set forth herein hereby requests a copy of any Notice o( Defeuk and a copy of any Notice of Sale hereunder be mailed to them at the address set forth (n the tirst paragraph of this Second Deed of Trust. 14. Governing Law. This Second Deed of Trust shell be govemed by and construed in accordance wkh the laws of the State of NebraSke. in the event that any provision or cleuse of any of the loan Instruments conflicts wkh appflcable laws, such confibt shall not effect other provisions of such Loan Instruments which can be given effect without the conflicting provision, and to this end the provisions ot the Loan Instruments are declared to be severable. This instrume�t cannot be waived, changed, discharged or termineted orelly, but ony by an instrument in wrking signed by the party against whom enforcement of any weiver, change, discharge or termination is sought. 15. Reconveyance by Trustee. Upon written request of Beneficiary stating that all sums secured hereby heve been paid and upon surrender ot this Second Deed of Trust and any note to Tn�stee for cancellatbn and retentbn and upon payment by Trustor of Trustee's fees, Trustee shaA reconvey to Trustor, or the person or persons legaily entkled thereto, without warrenty, any portion of the Trust Estate then held hereunder.
