DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated August 1,
<br />2003, executed by WARREN W. DALE, Manager of TRI -CITY PROPERTIES,
<br />L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, as Trustor, in which
<br />WILLIAM R. MOERBE is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which Deed was recorded on September 3, 2003, as Document
<br />No. 0200311684, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from WILLIAM R. MOERBE,
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Five (5), Block Sixty -One (61), in the Original Town, now
<br />City, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons or entity
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee
<br />hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 9th glap-gf June, 2004.
