<br />Coble, husband and wife, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA
<br />BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated July 15, 2003 and recorded July 21, 2003 in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200309283 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
