<br />Description of Property
<br />
<br />All right, title, interest and estate of Debtor now owned
<br />or hereafter acquired in and to the following property, rights,
<br />interests, and estates:
<br />
<br />(a) all easements, rights-of-way, strips and gores
<br />of land, streets, ways, alleys, passages, sewer rights,
<br />water, water courses, water rights and powers, and all
<br />estates, rights, titles, interests, privileges,
<br />liberties, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances of
<br />any natu:,,:e whatsoever, in any way belonging, relating or
<br />pertaining to real property described on Exhibit "B-1"
<br />attached hereto (the "Land") and all buildings, addi-
<br />tions, and improvements now, hereafter or contemplated to
<br />be constructed thereon (the "Building") and the reversion
<br />and reversions, remainder and remainders, and all land
<br />laying in the bed of any street, road or avenue, opened
<br />or proposed, in front of or adjoining the Land to the
<br />center line thereof and all the estates, rights, titles,
<br />interests, dower and rights of dower, co~rtesy and rights
<br />courtesy, property, possession, claim and demand
<br />whatsoever, both in law and in equity, of Debtor of, in
<br />and to the Land or the Buildi:1g and every part and parcel
<br />thereof, with the appurtenances thereto;
<br />
<br />(b) all goods, goods which may become fixtures,
<br />fixtures, machinery, furniture, equipment, fixtures and
<br />other articles of personal property of ~very kind and
<br />nature whatsoever owned by Debtor, or in which Debtor has
<br />or shall have an interest, now or hereafter located upon
<br />or in the Land or the Building, or appurtenances thereto,
<br />including, without limitation such of the same ~s is used
<br />or usable in connection with the generation and
<br />distribution of air, water, heat, electricity, light,
<br />fuel or refrigeration, or for ventilating or air
<br />conditioning purposes, or for sanitary or drainage
<br />purposes, or for the exclusion of vermin or insects, or
<br />for removal of dust, refuse or garbage, and all awnings,
<br />window shades, drapery rods, brackets, screpns, floor
<br />coverings, incinerators and carpeting used in the
<br />operation of the Land or the Building (and all other
<br />personal property, either similar or dissimilar to the
<br />foregoing, used or usable in the operation of the Land or
<br />Building and located in and on the same), together with
<br />all replacements and substitutions therefor, now owned or
<br />hereafter acquired by Debtor and located in or on said
<br />Land or the Building, together with all materials
<br />intended for construction, reconstruction, alteration,
