Waiver. If applicable and if permitted by <br />law, the Company hereby waives and releases any and all rights and <br />remedies related to marsna~]ing of liens and assets, redemptions, <br />and statutes or limitations. <br />SECTION 31. Notices. All notices or other communica- <br />tions shall be sufficiently given and shall be deemed given on the <br />fifth day following the day on which the same have been mailed by <br />certified mail, postage prepaid, addressed as follows: If to the <br />Issuer, at the Hospital Authority No. 1 of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />c/o Mayer, Burns & Ahlschwede, P. O. Box 2300, Grand Island, <br />Nebraska 68802-2300, Attention: Secretary; if to the Company, at <br />Grand Island Regency Retirement, 803 Alpha Street, Grand Island, <br />Nebraska 68803; if to the Trustee, at Douglas County Bank & Trust <br />Co., 6015 Northwest Radial Highway, Omaha, Nebraska 68104, <br />Attention: Corporate Trust Department. The Issuer, the Company <br />and the Trustee may, by notice given hereunder, designate any <br />further or different addresses to which subsequent notices or other <br />communications shall be sent. <br />SECTION 32. Usurv. Notwithstanding any provision herein <br />or in the Notes or the Agreement, the total liability for payments <br />in the nature of interest shall not exceed the limits now or <br />hereafter imposed by the usury laws of Nebraska. <br />SECTION 33.
