<br />t,".:,};!. <br /> <br />193..' ~tl0869 <br /> <br />appl y so much as may be necessary of the proceeds of such insurance <br /> <br />to the payment of the cost of such repair, rebuilding, or <br /> <br />restoration, <br /> <br />either on completion thereof or as the work <br /> <br />progresses, upon certification by the Company of such costs for <br /> <br />work in place and which cert:Lfication shall contain a statement <br /> <br />that no default has occurred under the Agreement, the Notes, or <br /> <br />this Mortgage which has not been remedied. <br /> <br />In the event said <br /> <br />proceeds are not suff.icient to pay in full the costs of such <br /> <br />repair, rebuilding, or restoration, the Company will nonetheless <br /> <br />complete the work therefor and will pay that portion of the costs <br /> <br />thereof in excess of the amount of said proceeds. Any balance of <br /> <br />such proceeds remaining after payment of all the costs of such <br /> <br />repair, rebuilding, or restoration shall be paid into the Bond Fund <br /> <br />and used by the Trustee to make partial repayment on the Notes and <br /> <br />to redeem outstanding Bonds, under the terms of the Indenture. If <br /> <br />nc Bonds remain outstanding under the terms of the Indenture, all <br /> <br />proceeds will be paid to the Company. <br /> <br />All moneys held by the Trustee under the provisions of <br /> <br />the preceding paragraph shall, at the written reqnest of the <br /> <br />Company, be invested or reinvested by the Trustee as specified by <br /> <br />the Company (by one of the authoriz:~d representatives of the <br /> <br />Company) in such requE";st in one or more of the ip-vestments <br /> <br />enumerated in Section 3.05 of the Agreement. <br /> <br />Any earru.ngs or <br /> <br />profits of such investments shall be considered as part of such <br /> <br />proceeds and the Company shall forthwith pay to the Trustee the <br /> <br />amount of any losses on such investments. <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />
