<br /> � DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br /> Whereas, the undersigned, Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A. , as ---
<br /> TRUSTEE under the Deed of Trust dated May 1, 1998, executed by �--%
<br /> Third City Christian Church, a Nebraska non-profit corporation, as ��
<br /> TRUSTOR, in which Zola Rae Allen is named as beneficiary, and the C_-�
<br /> undersigned is named as TRUSTEE, and recorded May 1, 1998, in the
<br /> Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br /> Instrument Number 98-104158, has received from Zola Rae Al1en, as
<br /> beneficiary, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums
<br /> secured by the Deed of Trust have been paid in full and that the
<br /> Deed of Trust and the Promissory Note secured by the Deed of Trust
<br /> have been surrendered to the undersigned, as TRUSTEE, for
<br /> cancellation;
<br /> Now, therefore, in accordance with such request and the
<br /> provisions of the Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as TRUSTEE,
<br /> hereby reconveys, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br /> legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by it under such Deed
<br /> of Trust .
<br /> The real property is an undivided one-half interest in
<br /> and to the tract of real estate described in Exhibit A, attached
<br /> and incorporated by reference.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned has executed this Deed of
