<br /> DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br /> Whereas , the undersigned, Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A. , as ��.J( `•
<br /> TRUSTEE under the Deed of Trust dated May 1, 199$, executed by
<br /> Third City Christian Church, a Nebraska non-profit corporation, as ��
<br /> TRUSTOR, in which Ronal.d L. Adams, TRUSTEE, is named as
<br /> beneficiary, and the undersigned is named as TRUSTEE, and recorded
<br /> May 1, 1998, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br /> ATebraska, as Instrument Number 98-104160, has received from Ronald
<br /> L. Adams, TRUSTEE, as beneficiary, a written request to reconvey,
<br /> reciting that all sums secured by the Deed of Trust have been paid
<br /> in full and that the Deed of Trust and the Promissory Note secured
<br /> by the Deed of Trust have been surrendered ta the undersigned, as
<br /> TRUSTEE, for cancellation;
<br /> Now, therefore, in accordance with such request and the
<br /> provisions of the Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as TRUSTEE,
<br /> hereby reconveys, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br /> legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by it under such Deed
<br /> of Trust.
<br /> The real property is Lot Two (2) , Ross Acres Subdivision,
<br /> City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska as surveyed, platted
<br /> and recorded.
