<br />Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the

<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent
<br />and perpetual easement and right -of -way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair,
<br />replace, relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, public utilities and
<br />appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath,
<br />and through a part of the West Halt of the Southeast Quarter (W1/2,SE1/4) and part of
<br />Government Lot Two (2), Island, all in Section Twenty Seven (27), Township Eleven
<br />(11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; the easterly
<br />line of the twenty (20.0) foot wide utility easement and right -of -way being more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of the West Half of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (W1/2,SE1/4) Section Twenty Seven (27), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Nine (9) West; thence S00057'1 8"E along the westerly line
<br />of said West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W1/2,SE1/4), a distance of
<br />one thousand one hundred thirty nine and eighty three hundredths
