<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank,a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,under the
<br /> Deed of Trust dated March 26, 1999, executed by Todd V. Elsbernd & Jeannine L. Elsbernd, �'
<br /> husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, `-'�
<br /> which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska,recorded as
<br /> Document#99-103176 on the 29th day of March, 1999, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee,has received from Five Points Bank,
<br /> as Beneficiary,written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br /> as follows:
<br /> The West Twenty nine and Thirty seven Hundredths Feet(2937')of Lot Four(4), and the East Forty five
<br /> and Sixty three Hundredths Feet(45.63')of Lot Five(5), Block Eleven (11), Parkhill Third Subdivision,
<br /> City of Grand Island, Hall County,Nebraska
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE,in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br /> the undersigned as Trustee,does hereby reconvey,without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br /> entitled thereto,the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
