WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated March 13, 2001, and executed by ANTHONY LYNN MEYER and
<br />STACEY LEE MEYER, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on March 20, 2001, as Instrument No. 0200102220,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />The Southerly Fifteen Feet Six Inches (S15'6 ") of Lot Eight (8), Lot Ten (10), and the Northerly
<br />Sixteen Feet Nine Inches (N16'9 ") of Lot Twelve (12), all in Block Nineteen (19), in University
<br />Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
