QUITCLAIM DEED
<br />That Grantor, Alvin E. Walter, by and through his Conservator, Patricia Shriner, who
<br />is duly qualified and acting as his Guardian /Conservator pursuant to a guardianship/
<br />conservatorship proceeding filed in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, Case No.
<br />PR03 -41, entitled In the Matter of the Guardianship /Conservatorship of Alvin E. Walter, an
<br />Incapacitated Person, a married person, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and
<br />Other good and Valuable Consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br />quitclaims and conveys to Laura M. Walter, a married person, Grantee, the following
<br />described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Sec. 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The South twenty and one -half feet (20 Y2) of Lot Eight (8), and all of Lot Ten
<br />(10), Block One (1), all in College Addition to West Lawn, Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />subject to easements; covenants; and restrictions of record.
