A N C � � �' W � �—+� � � ��` �� d � N � sr� ADDENDUM TO DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS : --�-� WHEREAS, G. I .S .�. Land Devel�pMer.t, L.L. C. , a limited � liability company ( "GISC" ) is the owner of the real property hereafter described; and WHEREAS, GISC and R & T Development Corporation, a Nebraska corporation, entered into Declaration of Restrictive Covenants which were filed with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on October 19, 1998, as Document No. 98-110204 hereafter referred to as "the Covenants" ; and WHEREAS, Paragraph 8 of the Covenants provides the terms and conditions for modification of the Covenants by owners of two- thirds of the lots of Richmond Subdivision; and WHEREAS, GISC owns more than two-thirds of the lots of Richmond Subdivision and desires to amend the terms and conditions of the CovAnants with respect to the lots owned by GISC; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED and determined by GISC as follows : l . Except as set forth herein, the Covenants shall remain in full force and effect . 2 . Paragraph 4 (c) of the Covenants is hereby deleted with respect to the property legally described as set forth herein and the following is substituted as the new terms and conditions of Paragraph 4 (c) with respect to the property legally described as set forth herein: (c) All buildings shall have a minimum of 75% of red brick on all sides of the building. 3 . This Addendum to Declaration of Restrictive Covenants shall be effective from date of filing with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, upon the real estate legally described as Lots 3 , 4 , 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 13 , Richmond Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
