I .S .�. Land Devel�pMer.t, L.L. C. , a limited � <br /> liability company ( "GISC" ) is the owner of the real property <br /> hereafter described; and <br /> WHEREAS, GISC and R & T Development Corporation, a Nebraska <br /> corporation, entered into Declaration of Restrictive Covenants <br /> which were filed with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br /> Nebraska, on October 19, 1998, as Document No. 98-110204 hereafter <br /> referred to as "the Covenants" ; and <br /> WHEREAS, Paragraph 8 of the Covenants provides the terms and <br /> conditions for modification of the Covenants by owners of two- <br /> thirds of the lots of Richmond Subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS, GISC owns more than two-thirds of the lots of <br /> Richmond Subdivision and desires to amend the terms and conditions <br /> of the CovAnants with respect to the lots owned by GISC; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED and determined by GISC as <br /> follows : <br /> l . Except as set forth herein, the Covenants shall remain in <br /> full force and effect . <br /> 2 . Paragraph 4 (c) of the Covenants is hereby deleted with <br /> respect to the property legally described as set forth herein and <br /> the following is substituted as the new terms and conditions of <br /> Paragraph 4 (c) with respect to the property legally described as <br /> set forth herein: <br /> (c) All buildings shall have a minimum of 75% of red brick on <br /> all sides of the building. <br /> 3 . This Addendum to Declaration of Restrictive Covenants <br /> shall be effective from date of filing with the Register of Deeds <br /> of Hall County, Nebraska, upon the real estate legally described as <br /> Lots 3 , 4 , 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 13 , Richmond Subdivision, in the <br /> City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />
