<br /> WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust p
<br /> executed by Louis D Jankovitz a/k/a Louis Jankovitz a sinale
<br /> person, Trustor, to Citizens Bank and Trust Company, St . Paul, NE,
<br /> Trustee, for the benefit of Citizens Bank and Trust Company, St .
<br /> Paul, NE Beneficiary, dated May 24 , 1995 and recorded on May 31 ,
<br /> 1995 as Document Number 95-103543 of the record of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested
<br /> in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br /> delivered;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in
<br /> accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned, as
<br /> Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br /> reconvey without warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br /> all the interest and estate of said Trustee by or through said Deed
<br /> of Trust in the following described real estate (as defined in
<br /> Nebraska Revised Statutes, Section 76-201) :
<br /> Lot 5 and the Westerly 22 feet of Lot 6, Block 29, Original Town of
<br /> Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and
<br /> appurtenances thereto belonging to such premises .
