• - ' - . �„� � - • � � 99 112147 VI. SPECIAL PROVISIONS A. This grant of perpetual conservation easement shall not be binding upon Holder until accepted by Holder, as aforesaid. Execution and acknowledgment hereof by Grantor prior to Holder's acceptance shall be binding upon Grantor until expiration of the period of time allowed for acceptance by Holder, in consideration of the payment to Grantor of a deposit in the sum of�i,•r_4.r�1�,.�1w�� n��..0 . � �,rQ.,,e�.;; ($_� � ) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby expressly acknowledged by Grantor. The balance of the consideration shall be paid by check or warrant mailed or personally delivered to Grantor at the address set forth in Paragraph VI.B., below, within ten (10) days following acceptance by holder as set forth herein. B. Notice of acceptance of this grant of perpetual conservation easement shall be given Grantor by certified mail addressed to Grantor at 19 0 W E S T L 0 W R Y R 0 A D and shall be effective upon the date of mailing, and such notice shall be binding upon Grantor without the need for a separate notice to each Grantor, if more than one. C. It is agreed that holder's deposit shall be forfeited upon holder's failure to accept this easement as specified herein.
