Arnold and Marilyn <br />S. Arnold $10,300.00 10 -1 -80 80- 005472 <br />which Lien covers the following described real estate situated in <br />Hall County, State of Nebraska, to -wit: Lot Fourteen (14) , in Anderson <br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />WHEREAS, the Note and indebtedness referred to in said lien instrument have <br />been fully paid and satisfied: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the Small Business <br />Administration, in consideration of payment and satisfaction of said <br />indebtedness, does hereby discharge and release said real property from the <br />lien created by virtue of said Note and indebtedness in the instrument <br />referred to above, as well as all such other right, title, lien, whether <br />express or implied, or claim in and to said real property as may have been <br />created by or arisen from the transaction above mentioned. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this instrument is executed this 28th day of May, 2004. <br />SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION <br />GEORG .
