<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust dated December 18, 1998, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on December 28, 1998, as
<br />Instmment No. 98- 112804, executed by Ed,Nards Building Corp., a Nebraska Corporation, in favor of
<br />LARRY JOBEUN, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of OAKLAND STATE BANK, an Iowa
<br />banking corporation, as Beneficiary, has been paid in full. In consideration of such payment and in
<br />accordance with the request of the Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust, the Trustee hereby reconveys to the
<br />parties entitled thereto, without warranty, all of the right, title, interest, claim and lien acquired by the
<br />Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in and to the following legally described real property, to wit:
