<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, The First National Bank of Marquette, Marquette, Nebraska, as Trustee
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated November 30, 1990 executed by Blair Hines, an Unmarried
<br />person, as Trustor, in which THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MARQUETTE, Marquette,
<br />Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded on December
<br />5, 1990, as Document No. 90- 106965, of Mortgage records, in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such
<br />Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as
<br />Trustee for cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />person legally entitled therein, all the estate and interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of
<br />Trust in following described real estate, to-wit:
<br />Lot Three (3), Block Sixty -seven (67) and the West 2.8 feet of Lot Two (2), Block Sixty -seven
<br />(67) in Wheeler and Bennett's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The First National Bank of Marquette, Marquette, Nebraska
<br />has caused this Deed of Reconveyance to be executed by its President and has caused its
<br />corporate seal to be hereunto affixed on May 24, 2004.
