<br />filed for record on the 11th day of March, 2004, and recorded in
<br />Instrument No. 0200402331, in the records of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which notice of default refers to the trust deed executed by Mario
<br />Nuno, a single man, as Trustors, in which Mountain West Financial,
<br />Inc. is named as beneficiary and First American Title Insurance Co
<br />as Trustee, and which was filed for record on October 6, 1999, and
<br />recorded in Instrument No. 99- 109841, of the Mortgage records of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska. The trust property affected is legally
<br />described as follows:
<br />All of Lots Two (2) and Three (3), Ross First Subdivision to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County Nebraska and the part of Lot One
<br />(1) , Ross First Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot One (1) , thence
<br />westerly on the North line of said Lot One (1) , a distance of 69.35
<br />feet to the point of beginning; thence Southerly a distance of
<br />629.4 feet to the South line of said Lot One (1); thence westerly
<br />on the South line of said Lot One (1), a distance of 1.9 feet to
<br />the southwest corner of said Lot One (1); thence Northerly on the
<br />west line of said Lot One (1) a distance of 629.4 to the Northwest
<br />corner of said Lot One (1); thence Easterly on the North line of
<br />said Lot One (1) a distance of 0.85 feet to the point of beginning.
