KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Craig Alan Wampler and Kirsten Marie Wampler, Husband
<br />& Wife, Trustor, to Citizens Bank and Trust Company, St. Paul, NE,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of Citizens Bank & Trust Co., Beneficiary,
<br />dated August 18, 2000 and recorded on August 18, 2000 as Instrument
<br />No. 0200006718 respectively in the record of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in
<br />accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned, as
<br />Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey without warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the interest and estate of said Trustee by or through said Deed
<br />of Trust in the following described real estate (as defined in
