<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated July 23, 2001 executed by David C Powers and Rosemary
<br />Powers, Husband and Wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall '
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0200107625, on the 2nd day of August, 2001,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT TWENTY -ONE (21) SITUATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE WEST
<br />PORTION OF KUESTER LAKE AND BEING ON A PART OF THE EAST HALF OF
<br />THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (E1 /2SW1/4) . OF SECTION THIRTEEN (13),
<br />TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6T" P.M., HALL
<br />COUNTY NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
