TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />BRENT R EIGENBERG, A/K/A BRENT EIGENBERG, AND PENNY L EIGENBERG,
<br />A/K/A PENNY EIGENBERG, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />AUGUST 7, 2001 and recorded AUGUST 8, 2001 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as DOCUMENT
<br />#0200107947, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered; AND AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED
<br />NOVEMBER 2, 2001 AND RECORDED NOVEMBER 9, 2001 AS DOC # 0200111455; AND A
<br />DEED OF TRUST MODIFICATION AGREEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 2, 2001 AND
<br />RECORDED NOVEMBER 9, 2001 AS DOC # 0200111454;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot Ten (10), Block Three (3), Elm Place Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
