TRUSTEE'S DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />B & B RENTAL PROPERTIES, INC., A NEBRASKA CORPORATION
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated APRIL 13, 1998 and recorded APRIL 14, 1998 in
<br />HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE HALL COUNTY, Nebraska as DOCUMENT # 98-
<br />103402, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered; ALSO RELEASING AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 30,
<br />1999 AND RECORDED MAY 17, 1999, AS DOC# 99- 105051; AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT
<br />DATED JULY 23, 2002 AND RECORDED SEPTEMBER 20, 2002 AS DOC# 0200209984; A DEED OF
<br />TRUST MODIFICATION AGREEMENT DATED JULY 23, 2002 AND RECORDED SEPTEMBER 20,
<br />2002, AS DOC# 0200209983
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the
<br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land
<br />described remain as heretofore.
<br />THE NORTHERLY EIGHTY -THREE AND ONE HALF (83 %z ) FEET OF LOT ONE (1), IN BLOCK
