THIS DEED is dated and executed
<br />2004, by Ronald S. Depue,
<br />reference to Deed of Trust wherein Mehring
<br />d /b /a Competitive Mortgage, is Beneficiary,
<br />a /k /a Elpidia S. Zavala, a single person, is
<br />Depue is Trustee;
<br />this ZJ day of �(

<br />Development Company,
<br />and Epidia S. Zavala,
<br />Trustor and Ronald S.
<br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on September 4, 2003, and
<br />identified as Document No. 200311786, conveying to Trustee,
<br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate
<br />described in said Deed as follows, to -wit:
<br />Lot Eight (8), Block Eleven (11), Packer and Barr's Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and
<br />described be now released to said Trustors.
<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim
<br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the
<br />above - described Deed of Trust, together with ya�Ll appurtenances and
<br />privileges thereunto belonging or appertai ng.
