In addition to the covenants and agreements made in this security instrument, Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree as folbws: If the indebtedness secured hereby be guaranteed or insured under Title 36, United States Code, such Tkle and Regulations issued thereunder and in effect on the date hereof shall govem the rights, duties and liabilkies of Borrower and Lender.
