<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated January 17, 2003 executed by Clinton W John, not personally
<br />but as Trustee on behalf of the Trust of Clinton W John, A Revocable Living Trust, in which
<br />Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as
<br />Document #0200301018, on the 28th day of January, 2003, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT TWO (2) IN BLOCK TWO (2) IN WESTROADS ESTATES IN THE
<br />NORHTWEST QUARTER OF THE NORHTEAST QUARTER (NW1 /4NE1/4) OF
<br />SECTION THIRTY -FIVE (35), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH RANGE TEN (10)
<br />WEST OF THE 6T" P.M. IN HALL COUNTY NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 2nd day of June, 2004.
