<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS : 93-
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of
<br /> Trust executed by ABC ENGINEERED TRUSSES, INC., to AREND R.
<br /> BAACK, Attorney tat Law, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL
<br /> SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, the Beneficiary
<br /> named therein, dated February 4, 1985, and recorded.February 4,
<br /> 1985, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, as Instrument Number 85-000569, has been paid, and said
<br /> Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance
<br /> be executed and delivered;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance
<br /> with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the under-
<br /> signed, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br /> release and re-convey to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br /> all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br /> 'said Trust Deed in the following-described premises, but only as
<br /> to such premises;
<br /> A parcel of land, being a part of the North 15 acres of
<br /> the North One-Half (Nk) of the Southeast Quarter of the
<br /> Northeast Quarter (SEkNE:) of Section Four (4) in Town-
<br /> ship Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th
<br /> P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at a point 1,320 feet North of the Southeast
<br /> corner of the Northeast Quarter (NEk) of said Section
<br /> 4-•11-9, running thence West 1,320 feet to an iron pin,
<br /> the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the
<br /> Northeast Quarter (SEkNEk) of said Section, thence
<br /> South 132 feet to an iron pin, thence East 1,320 feet
<br /> to the Section line, thence North 132 feet along said
<br /> Section line to the place of beginning,
<br /> together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurte-
<br /> nances belonging to such premises.
