<br /> THIS DEED, made this lOth day of December, 1999, between John �
<br /> A. W�lf, Trustee; rir_st Savings Comparyo uf Grand Island, n/k/a
<br /> Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A. , Beneficiary; and Ronald L. Sharp arid
<br /> Gloria J. Sharp, husband and wife, Trustor.
<br /> WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br /> secure to Beneficiary the payment of said valuable consideration,
<br /> did execute a Trust Deed, which was filed on March 22 , 1982 ,
<br /> recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for the County of
<br /> Hall, and identified as Document No. 82-001098 , conveyed to
<br /> Trustee, his successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate
<br /> described in said Deed as follows, to-wit :
<br /> Lot Three (3) of the Subdivision of Lot Nine (9) , Windolph' s
<br /> Subdivision of part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest
<br /> Quarter (NE1/,NWl/,) and the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast
<br /> Quarter (NW1/,NE1/,) of Section Fourteen (14) , Township Eleven
<br /> (11) North, Range Nine (9) , West of the 6th P.M. , except ing
<br /> therefrom the East Ten (E10) feet thereof, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska. Except easements and restrictions of record,
<br /> and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br /> Beneficiary has r.equested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br /> of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and
<br /> described be now released to said Trustor.
<br /> THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br /> and quitclaim unto said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim
<br /> and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through the
<br /> above-described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and
<br /> privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining.
