DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Paul J. Currier, a single
<br />person, to United Nebraska Bank, Trustee for the benefit of United Nebraska Bank, the Beneficiary named therein dated
<br />July 17, 2002 and recorded July 22, 2002 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document
<br />Number 0200207604 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary and
<br />named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following
<br />described property:
<br />Lot 31, Amick Acres East Subdivision to the city of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
