<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> THAT,WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the Trust
<br /> Deed, executed by John D. Vermaas and Janice K. Vermaas, Husband&Wife, as Trustor, to Platte
<br /> Valley State Bank &Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust
<br /> Company,the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 26`h day of December, 1995, and recorded on the
<br /> 5`h day of January 1996, in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Inst. #96-
<br /> 100114 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
