<br /> THAT,WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the Trust
<br /> Deed, executed by John D. Vermaas and Janice K. Vermaas, Husband&Wife, as Trustor,to Platte
<br /> Valley State Bank &Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank &Trust
