<br /> In consideration of the payment of all obligations under a �(�
<br /> Deed of Trust dated November 27, 1996, by BETTY J. WESCOATT, a �G
<br /> single person, as Trustor, which Deed of Trust is recorded as
<br /> Document No. 96-109344 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, and upon upon the request for reconveyance
<br /> by the Beneficiary, CATHLEEN H. ALLEN, Attorney at Law, Trustee,
<br /> hereby releases said Deed of Trust on the following described
<br /> real estate :
<br /> Lot Twelve (12) , Block Eighteen (18) , MacColl and
<br /> Leflangs Addition to the City of Wood River, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska.
<br /> The Trustee does hereby remise, release, and quitclaim,
<br /> pursuant to Section 76-1014 of the Statutes of the State of
<br /> Nebraska, said premises to BETTY J. WESCOATT, a single person.
