<br /> Corporation, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated December 29,
<br /> 1995, executed by JAMES B. WELCH, JR. , a single person, and BILLIE
<br /> JO THOMPSON, a single nerGor_; as Trust.�r�, in :•.hicr� FIVE PCINTS
<br /> BANK of Grand Island, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br /> undersigned as Trustee, which Deed was recorded on January 4 , 1996,
<br /> as Document No. 96-100077, in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, FIVE POINTS BANK, a Nebraska
<br /> Corporation, Trustee, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has
<br /> received from FIVE POINTS BANK of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described
<br /> in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows :

<br /> in Nagy' s Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, more particularly described as follows : Beginning
<br /> at the Southwest Corner of said Lot 3 , thence running Easterly
<br /> along and upon the Southerly line of said Lots 2 and 3 , a
<br /> distance of 98 . 19 feet to a point on the Westerly line of Plum
<br /> Street; thence deflecting left 121 degrees 05' and running
<br /> Northwesterly along and upon the Westerly line of Plum Street,
<br /> a distance of 31 . 24 feet; thence continuing Northwesterly
<br /> along and upon the arc of a circle whose radius is 125 . 0 feet
<br /> (alsa the WestErly line of Plum Street) a distance of 14 . 1
<br /> feet; thence Westerly along and upon a line 38 . 9 feet
