SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned Beneficiary is the owner and holder of the note or notes or
<br />other security agreements secured by the Deed of Trust hereafter described; �..
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned Beneficiary, being the present Beneficiary under said Deed
<br />of Trust, acknowledges that all, or some portion, of the sums and obligations secured by said
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid or satisfied; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary desires to substitute Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, as
<br />the trustee under said Deed of Trust, in the place or stead of Trustee originally named therein and
<br />hereby further direct such Successor Trustee make a reconveyance in respect to such Deed of
<br />Trust.
<br />NOW, THERFORE:
<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. AREND R. BAACK, Attorney at Law, a member of the
<br />Nebraska State Bar Association, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 790, Grand Island, NE
<br />68802 -0790, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by JAY E
<br />STINES AND LORETTA G STINES HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, formerly known as THE EQUITABLE
<br />BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, is named as the
<br />Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated AUGUST 18, 2003 AND
<br />JANUARY 12, 2004, and recorded AUGUST 22 2003 AND JANUARY 20, 2004, in the Office of the
<br />of HALL County, Nebraska (as Instrument No. 200311151 AND 200400583 ) .
<br />2. Direction for Reconveyance. Beneficiary further instructs said Successor Trustee to
<br />reconvey, without warranty, all the estate now held under this Deed of Trust to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto
