DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, LAWYERS TITLE INSURANCE CORPORATION is the Trustee under a Deed of
<br />Trust dated APRIL 30, 1999, executed by DENNIS E BAKER AND NICKI M BAKER, as
<br />Trustor, for the benefit of CALIFORNIA LENDING GROUP, INC., DBA UNITED LENDING
<br />GROUP, which Deed of Trust was recorded MAY 11, 1999 as Instrument No.
<br />99- 104864, in Book No. - - -, at Page No. - -- in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, BANK ONE, NA AKA BANC ONE FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC,
<br />has requested a reconveyance of the trust property to the person or person
<br />entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:
